Third generation farmers, JC Farms was established in 1993. The family-operated farm grows potatoes including russets, reds, yellows and fingerlings along with barley, alfalfa, hemp and quinoa.
Outside the farm, the Cooley family keeps busy running a construction company and running cows. They like to spend time in the mountains hunting and fishing.
Why Idaho Potatoes
Only potatoes grown in Idaho can be called Idaho® potatoes. Idaho’s ideal growing conditions – the rich, volcanic soil, climate and irrigation – are what differentiate Idaho® potatoes from potatoes grown in other states.
